Who can see my location?
During a plan: only its participants. Otherwise nobody — unless you switch on “Visible on the map” in settings. Then others see you with a 20-minute delay and only roughly (rounded to about 500 m), never live. Turn it off and you’re gone immediately.
How does arrival confirmation work?
When you arrive, Bluetooth automatically confirms that you’re there together. It counts towards your “Trusted” badge. No manual check-in needed.
What if I don’t show up?
If you say yes to a plan and don’t turn up, it counts against you — quietly, in the background. Only people who really show up earn the “Trusted” check mark.
What does dazu cost?
The app is free, with no ads and no premium locks on the core features. You need an iPhone.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed completely. Details are in the privacy policy (German).
